We recommend buying frozen shrimp, which typically can be thawed in a bowl of cold water in about 10 to 15 minutes. Unless you're buying them off the dock, most shrimp are flash-frozen on the boat anyway. This air fryer recipe takes just fifteen minutes to cook, so even if you start with frozen shrimp, you can have dinner on the table in about half a hour. That's less time than it takes to have a pizza delivered!

- Use a microplane to grate garlic into a bowl. Add shrimp, oil, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and set aside.
