Go to https://photos.google.com/ & sign in to your account.
Download and install "Google Photos" app on your iPhone from the App store & launch it.

Tap "+" create icon located at the top on the screen.
Select "Album" option.
You will see all your photos and videos.
Select the videos that you want to upload.
Tap "Done" button located at the top right corner on the screen.
Enter the name of the album to upload the videos.
Your videos will now be uploaded to Google Photos.
